About
multihyphenate
multihyphenate. Noun. (plural multihyphenates) A person with a hyphenated profession e.g. singer-songwriter, actor-director, but especially a person with several such roles.
Jorge has been engaged in various production roles for over a decade. As well has being a professionally qualified performer he has also been a co-host and producer of the Unnatural Selection podcast since 2010 - long, long before podcasts were cool. In the course of this work there have been numerous aspects of audio and video production that have needed doing, and being an independent production there was nobody else around to do them. Necessity, and a can-do attitude has led to Jorge working on numerous professional video production projects including video-production packages for clients such as AUSTRAC and Melbourne Water.
The clear advantage to enlisting Jorge for this kind of work is obvious - where other production houses will need to cast, record and compensate external talent, at a high cost to the client, Jorge is able to undertake all of this work in-house. From shooting, vocal talent, production and post - all of the resources are available under one roof. This means costs are kept down and turnaround time is incredibly fast. There are plenty of actors, and a decent number of production houses, but it’s rare to find a service that provides quality for both.
